This is the visual design for agent and consumer workflow for two different versions of Compass iPhone real-estate app. It was produced in close collaboration with Compass internal team, working on site at their New York city HQ, starting off from an extensive competitor analysis, and all the way to delivery to the client's development team.

In order to maintain consistency across the two apps and the main website, a the number of existing styles was significantly reduced and brought down to just a handful of primary and supporting colors and fonts.

The component library worked across both apps as a system of standardized cards.

Final delivery amounted to over 120 screens with separate consumer and real estate agent flows, in addition to the promotional materials for both apps.
